Waverly in New Jersey is a reasonably exposed breakwater break that has very consistent surf and works all around the year. Offshore winds are from the west northwest. Most of the surf here comes from groundswells and the ideal swell angle is from the southeast. When it's working here, it can get crowded. Watch out for - Rips / undertow - Rocks - Man-made danger (buoys etc.) - Localism.
