Star Tubes in NW Luzon is an exposed reef break that has reasonably consistent surf. Winter is the best time of year for surfing here. Works best in offshore winds from the east southeast. Most of the surf comes fis in the form of windswells and the optimum wave angle is from the north. There is a right breaking reef. Unlikely to be too crowded, even when the surf is up. Hazards include rocks,seaweed.
