Pools in Nayarit is a reasonably exposed beach and reef break that usually has waves. Winter is the best time of year for surfing here. The best wind direction is from the north northeast. Most of the surf here comes from groundswells and the best swell direction is from the west northwest. Waves at the beach tend to peel to the right. A fairly popluar wave that can sometimes get crowded Hazards include urchins, rips, rocks and locals.
