Pilar Surf Guide
Pilar in Siargao Islands is an exposed reef break that has reliable surf. Autumn and winter are the favoured times of year for waves. Offshore winds blow from the west southwest. Windswells are much more typical than groudswells and the ideal wave angle is from the northeast. There is a left hand reef break. Good surf at all stages of the tide. Rarely crowded here. Watch out for locals and rocks.
