The third or fourth good swell in Golden Bay this winter. This is actually the beach-break about 400m west of the reef. Punchy shoulder high waves that were getting really quite good by the time it got dark. Very much a high-tide break here. Bigger to the west but Onekaka was too far west, with the wind on it too much there. Some place in between here and there, it was probably head-high and pretty good shape.
