Maghermore in Wexford is a reasonably exposed beach break that has inconsistent surf. Summer in particular tends to be flat. The best wind direction is from the west with some shelter here from south winds. Able to handle light onshore wind Windswells are much more typical than groudswells and the ideal wave direction is from the south. The beach breaks favour lefts. The quality of the surf isn't affected by the tide. When it's working here, it can get crowded. Overcrowding can even make surfing hazardous.
