Luz Surf Guide
Luz in North Portugal is an exposed reef/jetty break that has pretty consitent surf and can work at any time of the year. Offshore winds blow from the east. Most of the surf here comes from groundswells and the best swell direction is from the west. A reef breaks right. Best around high tide. When the surf is up, crowds are likely Watch out for urchins, rips, rocks, man-made danger (buoys etc...) and pollution.
