Lights Beach in Far South Australia is an exposed beach break that has fairly consistent surf and can work at any time of the year. The best wind direction is from the north northeast. Groundswells more frequent than windswells and the ideal swell direction is from the south southwest. Waves at the beach break both left and right. Surfable at all stages of the tide. It very rarely gets crowded here. Beware of rips, rocks and sharks.
