Las Gaviotas Surf Guide
Las Gaviotas in Tenerife is a fairly exposed beach and reef break that has inconsistent surf. Winter is the favoured time of year for surfing here. Works best in offshore winds from the northwest. Most of the surf here comes from groundswells and the ideal swell angle is from the south southeast. The beach break provides left and right handers. Best around mid tide. It very rarely gets crowded here. Watch out for cliffs at high tide.
