Offshore winds are from the northwest with some shelter here from south southwest winds. Windswells are much more typical than groudswells and the best wave direction is from the south southwest. The river break offers mainly left hand waves. Good surf at all stages of the tide. Unlikely to be too crowded, even when the surf is up.
