El Paredon Surf Guide
El Paredon in Caribbean Coast is an exposed beach and point break that has fairly consistent surf. Winter and spring are the best times of year to visit. The best wind direction is from the south southeast with some shelter here from west winds. Most of the surf here comes from groundswells and the best swell direction is from the northeast. The beach breaks offer lefts and rights Surfable at all stages of the tide. It very rarely gets crowded here. Beware of - Rocks.
