13th Beach-The Bluff in Qeenscliff is an exposed reef break that has reliable surf and can work at any time of the year. Offshore winds blow from the north northwest. Most of the surf here comes from groundswells and the best swell direction is from the southwest. There are left and right breaking reefs. Best around mid tide. It's often crowded here. Hazards include rips and rocks.
