Redgate in the Margarets River Area is an exposed beach break that has very consistent waves Ideal winds are from the east. Tends to receive distant groundswells and the ideal swell direction is from the south southwest. The beach breaks offer lefts and rights. Best around mid tide. It's sometimes crowded here. Beware of rips, rocks and sharks.
