The wind went light offshore on the falling tide on Monday afternoon. Shoulder-high and good fun with whales in the deep water just north of here. Sunny.

High tide on Friday afternoon saw the return of warm sunshine and a change from northerly to light SE winds. Bigger and better than it looked with fun shoulders about head-high. Only a few surfers in but more were arriving when I left.

The wind went strong offshore SW and then light South, just as forecast and the waves duly cleaned up. Lovely shape by low tide, but only about shoulder-high. About 10 surfers having fun. Warm water for the middle of March.
