This chart shows the variation of swells directed at Explosives (Geraldton Lighthouse) through a typical June and is based upon 2786 NWW3 model predictions since 2006 (values every 3 hours). The wave model does not forecast wind or surf right at the shore so we have chosen the best grid node based on what we know about Explosives (Geraldton Lighthouse), and at Explosives (Geraldton Lighthouse) the best grid node is 26 km away (16 miles).
