The Maze in Tiree is an exposed beach and point break that has reasonably consistent surf and can work at any time of the year. Works best in offshore winds from the east with some shelter here from southeast winds. Most of the surf here comes from groundswells and the best swell direction is from the west. The beach breaks offer lefts and rights. Surfable at all stages of the tide. It's sometimes crowded here. Take care of rocks in the line up.
