Roche Percee in Noumea Outer Reefs is an exposed reef break that has reliable surf. Winter is the best time of year for surfing here. Offshore winds are from the northeast. Tends to receive a mix of groundswells and windswells and the ideal swell angle is from the south southwest. A choice of left and right reefs. When the surf is up, it can get quite busy in the water. Submerged rocks are a hazard.
