Playa de Sabon in Galicia is an exposed beach break that is usually a safe bet. Summer offers the favoured conditions for surfing. The best wind direction is from the southeast. Able to handle light onshore wind Windswells and groundswells in equal measure and the optimum swell angle is from the northwest. The beach break offers mainly right hand waves. Good surf at all stages of the tide. Often Crowded. Pollution may be a hazard at this break.
