Graveyards in Swakopmund is an exposed reef and point break that has consistent surf. Winter is the best time of year for surfing here. Works best in offshore winds from the east. Most of the surf here comes from groundswells and the ideal swell direction is from the west southwest. A reef breaks left and there is a left hand point break as well. Even when there are waves, it's not likley to be crowded. Beware of seals,rocks and sharks.
