Elizabeth Bay in Tortola is a reasonably exposed beach break that has reasonably consistent surf. Winter is the best time of year for surfing here. Ideal winds are from the south southeast. Windswells and groundswells in equal measure and the optimum swell angle is from the north. The beach breaks offer lefts and rights. Rarely crowded here. Watch out for dangerous rips.
