DandW in LA County is a sheltered beach/Jetty break that has pretty consitent surf. Winter is the favoured time of year for surfing here. The best wind direction is from the northeast. Clean groundswells prevail and the best swell direction is from the northwest. The beach breaks are all rights. Best around mid tide. Sometimes crowded. Beware of pollution, rocks, locals, rips.
