Campeche in Santa Caterina is a fairly exposed beach break that has pretty consitent surf. Winter is the best time of year for surfing here. Works best in offshore winds from the northwest. Most of the surf here comes from groundswells and the ideal swell direction is from the south. The beach breaks favour rights. When the surf is up, it can get quite busy in the water. Take care of the strong rips here.
