Cable Bay in Anglesy is an exposed beach break that has reasonably consistent surf and can work at any time of the year. The best wind direction is from the northeast. Tends to receive a mix of groundswells and windswells and the ideal swell direction is from the southwest. The beach break offers both left and right hand waves. Best around mid tide. When the surf is up, it can get quite busy in the water. Watch out for dangerous rips.
